Asiatic Fiber Corporation was founded in 1973. Through unceasing efforts in research of specialized and high-function fiber materials, we develop a wide range of products, including cleanroom textiles, electrostatic discharge (ESD) products, surgical barrier clothing, and even intelligent textiles. Over the past four decades, we’ve emerged as a leader of textile industry in Taiwan and a major player in the global market, not to mention that AFC has obtained 32 patents to date and has our products being exported to 62 countries worldwide. High tech fiber is the core competency of AFC, so i n the medical work environment, Asiatic Fiber Corporation launched the AFC Medical oriented fabric design focused on integration of water repellency and water resistance control. AFC Medical Fabrics are processed with water repellency to effectively reduce the cross infection of medical staff and blend with high quality conductive yarns. The fabric has a good electrostatic dissipation function and avoids interference with precision electronic instruments. Asiatic Fiber Corporation’s Medical Textiles series has excellent product quality with international recognition, with products that conforms to EN13795 and AAMI PB-70 international regulation, acquiring both ISO 13485:2016 and GMP certificates.
