Based on the design of the parts to be developed, 3D 3D design using 3D System, Mock-Up (NC processing, 3D printing, design), vacuum casting, QDM mold injection, and post-processing can be made by considering all situations such as function, productivity, and reliability, so it will be a company that strives to reduce customer burden as much as possible and contribute to the development of products that reduce investment costs for customers. Urid R&D Co., Ltd. is a company that sets up a process for manufacturing methods to reduce RISK by changing the customer's investment method to installment and rental methods rather than pre-investment methods. In this exhibition, we will introduce medical device accessory products and introduce QDM and vacuum casting manufacturing processes to promote investment cost reduction.
