Uses high-frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) technology with pulse signals to inflate and deflate the vest, generating high-frequency low-amplitude motion across the entire chest wall. This causes self-sustained vibration and directional drainage forces in the airways and lungs, loosening and liquefying secretions from deep within the respiratory tract and lung lobes, allowing them to move from the bronchi to the main bronchus for removal via coughing or suctioning.
