Novotec Medical GmbH, manufacturer of Galileo vibration therapy equipment Novotec Medical GmbH, founded in 2001 and based in Pforzheim in southern Germany, is a TÜV-certified manufacturer of Galileo® training devices, Galileo® therapy devices and Leonardo Mechanography® motion and power analysis systems. To ensure the highest quality, all of the medical device manufacturer's equipment is developed and manufactured in Germany. The development of the various Galileo series is based on the research results of the sister company Stratec Medizintechnik GmbH, which emerged from Stratec Elektronik GmbH, founded in 1979. The company develops, produces and sells peripheral quantitative computed tomography (Stratec pQCT) systems for muscle and bone analysis and xelerate® training systems for cognitive training worldwide. The company has been working closely with international research institutions for more than 30 years. It is important for the manufacturer to differentiate the side-alternating Galileo technology from products with other functionalities. Galileo Training and xelerate - effective and efficient training methods Another focus of Novotec Medical GmbH and Stratec Medizintechnik GmbH is the development and distribution of efficient and high-quality training systems such as Galileo Training and xelerate for the areas of (high-performance) sport, fitness and wellness, but also for use at home. Here, too, the manufacturer pays great attention to research results and scientific principles. Novotec Medical is a regular project partner of the ESA (European Space Agency), for example for the evaluation of effective training measures to prevent muscle and bone loss during space missions, and cooperates worldwide with other renowned research institutions such as the Charité Berlin, the University Hospital Cologne and universities (e.g. ETH Zurich).
