About Us The company name ICST is an acronym for Institute of Circulation System Technology. This Circulation does not simply refer to the circulatory function required for maintaining life but also for maintaining a healthy economy. We strives to contribute to human health through developing and selling of a wide range of medical and healthcare devices, and to the development of a healthy economy worldwide through global alliances with overseas companies. We are mainly engaged in three business areas: Medical Sales Business , OEM Service , and Regulatory Affairs Service . Medical Sales Business Our company handles a wide range of medical and healthcare devices, from those used in hospitals to those used at home. Not only do we wholesale our NOZOMI brand products to distributors and retailers with whom we have relationships, we can also research overseas markets and products, and propose new products upon request. OEM Service Through OEM service, we build partnerships in the development and manufacturing of medical devices etc.. We leverage our clients' brand power while utilizing our extensive know-how to support the launch of medical devices etc.. Our manufacturing processes also meet strict quality control and certification standards, so you can trust us with your product development. Regulatory Affairs Service From our neutral position, we provide a comprehensive regulatory support from medical devices and IVDs registration until approval to product license maintenance and post-market surveillance. We also have a Manufacturer license that enables us to provide Domestic Manufacturer Service in set with our Regulatory Affairs Service where we will manage the products' incoming and quality inspection, packaging labelling, and temporary storage during market release approval from D/MAH.
