Over the past 30 years, we have played a pivotal role in ultrasound development and were the first in the world to independently develop the High-Tech Ceramic Transducer, a core technology for ultrasound. In addition, Crest Ultrasonics acquired Martin Walter (Germany) and RINCO (Switzerland) in 1997 to produce top-quality power supplies and ultrasonic welding equipment. It also acquired Piezo Kinetics (USA) to produce piezo ceramic parts and ultrasonic parts for medical and other industries, and acquired Uthe (USA) to hold a 65% market share in the semiconductor, display, and medical sectors, while expanding the market for excellent ultrasonic products.
